Virgo can connect with your organization's current systems.

• The M365 Connector by Infotechtion populates your organization's Microsoft 365 records management file plan with your organization's Virgo retention schedule. The Connector also automatically updates the file plan with key retention changes from Virgo. As a result, records in Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive adhere to your retention schedule.

• Virgo also connects with OpenText Content Server, an enterprise content management tool (ECM). The OpenText Connector is a custom implementation that helps ensure that Virgo retention policies are consistently and automatically applied to OpenText files.

• The Virgo API is also designed to connect with third party applications and ensure that Virgo retention policies are consistently and automatically applied to your organization’s records.
